Health & Wellness
D.R.Y Governments will partner with insurance companies to encourage individuals to live & lead healthier lifestyles. The aim is to improve productivity, increase life expectancy rate by promoting organic eating lifestyle and wellness centers across our cities.
Entrepreneurship / Agribusiness
The government of D.R.Y will provide training for students, researchers, young entrepreneurs, and business leaders who want to turn their innovative ideas into successful ventures, helping them to drive positive, and disruptive changes to the society.
Academic Advancement
Government of Yorùbá will ensure credit and loan facilitation for individual IYP with zero interest to advance their careers beyond first degree. This will also include training for students, faculty, academic researchers that will place our youths among the best in the world.
Leadership Training Program
Our priority is to build and prepare all I.Y.P to assume a position of leadership someday in their respective space. Whether in technology, sports, or politics, our goal is to prepare the young minds to lead not just Africa but the world.
Career Development Programs
We believe in whatever ability God has given all I.Y.P., and D.R.Y. is willing to promote such ability to the world. D.R.Y. government will support any career with resources to excel in dancing, singing and gaming.
Safety & Shelter
D.R.Y. understands the fundamental principles of protection. Our goal is to ensure that every youth has a roof over his/her head. Safety at work, and on the road shall be highly considered. D.R.Y. will ensure that a safety plan is put in place to meet every situation.
Programs Encouraging Women in Leadership
D.R.Y values women. The Yorùbá women Leadership Programme is a development programme designed specifically to address under-representation of women in leadership roles, thereby encouraging their gender to take part in leadership role.
Programs Supporting Women in Business
Our priority is to build and prepare all I.Y.P. women to assume a position of leadership in the business world. D.R.Y. government will empower women to be their own bosses, pay their own salaries, defining how they want to work and making the balance of careers and that of being proud mothers.
Government of the Democratic Republic of the Yorùbá shall be run by the youths. So this is the Youths helping Youths era in our history. Our believe is that the Youths understand where the shoes is paining them and are best suited to finding a lasting solution to it.
